Healthcare Passport

For a project in Physiology and Anatomy for Designers, we were asked to redesign the current Healthcare Passport, in the hopes of making it more accessible to regular people. To inspire me on possible directions to go with the project I collected examples of graphic design that is currently being used in similar ways. I was immediately drawn to the idea of info-graphics, a simple, easy to understand and primarily visual way of presenting facts and statistics
